Refund Policy

At The Food Sutra Company, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. We take great care in preparing, packing, and delivering each product under our MasalaSutra and Pickledom brands.

1. Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns or refunds for opened or partially used items. However, if you receive:

  • A wrong product, or

  • A damaged or defective item,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will happily replace it.

To process a replacement, please share your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement cannot be provided (e.g., if the product is out of stock). Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

3. Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Replacement requests must be made via email or phone within 48 hours.

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons of taste or personal preference.
